Ken is an experienced engineer, graduating from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and sailing as the shipboard engineer for six years. A PepsiCo executive for 23 years, Ken in his role as executive in charge of PepsiCo's global commercial real estate portfolio was responsible for the development of core energy, heating and cooling requirements of all the company's offices, manufacturing and distribution locations. He served on the company's CapEx and Sustainability committees. Additionally, Ken served as the head of real estate at JPMorgan Chase, managing all of their real estate holdings including their power, cooling and heating requirements. He brings an engineer's knowledge and perspective and a long, distinguished track record of success to O'Gara Goett Partners. 

Dennis is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of broad management and finance experience.​ He gained significant experience in finance during his tenure as a commercial loan officer at Chemical Bank, Treasury executive at Commercial Alliance Corporation and as Treasurer of Integrated Resources Inc. As CFO of two technology firms, he initiated and managed the IPO of Claremont Technology and guided Greenwich Technology through its expansion including all its funding requirements. His expertise lies in capital formation of both secured and unsecured debt and equity. Dennis also has considerable experience in operations, financial management, corporate development, banking, lending, leasing and equity finance. He additionally served as interim CEO performing remedial services for under-performing companies. He has developed alternative funding structures and initiated and managed public and private debt and equity for high growth firms.
